POSITION
As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the MD’s and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility towards planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, deal analysis and negotiations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides leadership for development and the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectivesNegotiate with International Banks for funding of new projectsEnsure credibility of finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecastsTake hands-on lead position for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost systemDirect and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organizationEvaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory actionEstablish and maintain strong relationships with Senior Executives to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutionsProvide Executive Management with advice on the financial implications of business activitiesManage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation and reporting to the companyProvide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunitiesEnsure that effective internal controls are in place
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, MBA is a plusCA is highly desirable.15+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles in the manufacturing industry

JOB LOCATION
Based in Dubai and willing to travel between UAE, India, Vietnam and USA
