Job Description

* Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region

* Traveling to visit potential clients (GCC and Africa)

* Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers

* Managing and interpreting customer requirements

* Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs

* Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions

* Offering after-sales support services

* Administrating client accounts

* Analysing costs and sales

* Preparing reports for head office

* Meeting regular sales targets

* Recording and maintaining client contact data

* Co-ordinating sales projects

* Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

* Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs

* Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education

* Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts

* Solving client problems

* Helping in the design of custom-made solutions

* Providing training and producing support material for the sales team


– University Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree

– Nature and length of previous experience: Mid-Career

– Language Fluency: English

– Current Location: UAE


– Strong technical understanding of Surveillance and Security CCTV and Access Control industry

– Understand what the company wants to achieve and translates this into sales efforts

– Coordinate / share with Head-Office in order to meet the collective company sales targets

– Holds himself accountable for meeting the targets

– Participates actively in pre-sales activities

– Experienced in Lead generation and opportunity identification

– Maintains a solid and promising sales pipeline

– Reports the status of his sales pipeline progress on regular basis

– Maintains good relationship with customers

– Capable of handling and resolving conflicts situations professionally

– Able to match business needs to technology solutions and position them in competitive scenarios

– Qualify opportunities and judge accordingly

– Excellent record in closing leads

– Contributes actively during the course of a project and assures proper execution

– Responsible for the collection process

– Capable of getting opportunities out of Up-sales and Cross sales efforts
