Key Responsibilities:
Cold calling to client database
Ability to manage and convince clients over the phone
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
Requirements:
Motivated, team player & target-oriented
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Should have an Effective Communication Skills
Real Estate Experience is a must
Qualification:
Salary Package: Salary up to 5K AED plus Commissions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
