Handling andresolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customerservice problems. Providing customers with theorganization’s service and productinformation. Processing forms, orders, andapplications requested by the customers.
Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting tothe high-level management. Routing inboundcalls to the appropriate resources. Followingup complicated customer calls where required.
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary andupdating them in the CRM. Obtaining andevaluating all relevant data to handle complaints andinquiries. Recording details of comments,inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Managing administration, communicating and coordinatingwith internal departments. Other duties asassigned.
