Our company need a Cabin Crew Trainer as a Business Partner. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor/ Masters Degree in Hospitality with good previous experience is related field.
Roles And Responsibilities1-Plan, facilitate, and deliver workshops and training programs
2-Plan & implement new training techniques, exercises, and utilize appropriate education technologies to enhance learning.
3-Create and implement sales strategies and identify new markets to enter
4-Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
5-Ensure that trainees are trained, developed and utilized to their maximum potential.
6-Coordinate and arrange client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
7-Ensure exceptional quality of service through consistent standard training, development, and coaching.
8-Develop, organize, and continually update training manuals, visual aids and other educational materials.
9-Assist in the selection of course materials, instructional equipment, and educational resources.
10-Utilize appropriate educational technology to enhance learning.
11-Conduct on‐going assessment of trainees’ progress.
12-Research and implement new training techniques and exercises.
13-Create and maintain client databases.
14-Ensure safe and efficient operations always.
RequirementsMust have a Bachelor/ Masters Degree in Hospitality.
