We are looking for a Sales & Business Analyst within the Middle East Team, based in Dubai.She/he will analyze data, detect trends and information out of numbers, prepare reports and support business commercial decisions with proactivity and business oriented approach.
Business Analysis, Planning & Controlling for Middle East and whole IMEA cluster;
Develops and analyses commercial data, identifying and highlighting business critical insights, with full focus on top line evolution from a customer and brand view vs year ago, vs budget and latest forecast;
Analyze sales results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Planning;
Lead and consolidate the weekly and monthly sales forecasting of all channels/subsidiaries of IMEA cluster to deliver accurate figures, with clear understanding of key deviations and building blocks;
Key point of contact for the Head of sales for IMEA and Regional CFO in relation to actual sales and outlook for the quarters ahead;
Drives, supports and oversees the sales planning processes for IMEA Cluster to ensure visibility and accuracy of sales – ensuring the achievement of the relative KPI’s and daily collection of ongoing commercial inputs and Opp/Risks;
Analysis and tracking of actuals with main focus on Vol, Pricing, Discounts, Returns, Yebs and other incentives;
Act as a standardization facilitator of Analysis and Reporting for the cluster in collaboration with the local and regional F&A team;
Working closely side-by-side with Key Account Managers to understand, map and track to improve daily business results and ROI of activities.
Desired Skills:
Degree in Business Administration, Statistics or similar;
Experience of at least 3-5 years in similar role;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Analytical skills, ability to prepare reports and read trends within big data to support decision making;
Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Access);
Good knowledge and proven work experience with SAP;
Good with systems, able to learn and work comfortably with Access, Oracle BI, Hyperion Financial Planning;
Smart/quick/agile/proactive;
Accurate and precise;
Problem solving attitude;
Motivation to work in a dynamic and challenging international environment.
