Business Operations Manager – IMETASummary:
Business Operations Manager is a hands on individual contributor, supporting businesses to ensure that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Business Operations Manager coordinates with business support teams to achieve operational results, helping them to establish goals, solve problems and work across the organization and is responsible for evaluating and improving business processes, identifying and understanding inefficiencies and partnering with stakeholders to develop solutions to maximize efficiencies.
We will count you on:
Work with business leaders, external vendors, business support teams and colleagues to facilitate operational and process based business solutions.
Partner with local and global teams to shape operational priorities for the region, identify scope and standardize tools and processes where possible.
Oversee implementation of global and local programs/processes
Monitor and troubleshoots process issues and completes root cause analysis to resolve process issues and identify system enhancements for improved processes and reporting.
Provide management and guidance to the Business Support colleagues and actively participates in all stages of project development and implementation effective business operations across IMETA.
Follow analytical approaches and methodologies to increase business support colleagues’ productivity based on the interpretation of results.
Help communicate best practices and changes to stakeholders.
Serve as the source of knowledge concerning Business Operations Processes.
Develop and conduct training on processes and solutions to colleagues, including new joiners as well as refreshers for colleagues and business leaders.
Provide feedback and developmental guidance to the Business Support colleagues when needed.
What makes you stand out:
At least 10 years of experience, 3+ of which focused has been on business support operations and process improvement.
Experience in professional services environment and well-versed in business operations lifecycles.
A natural curiosity and love for learning how things work as well as a drive for finding innovative solutions.
Ability to collaborate with and influence senior management and work across all levels of the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong facilitation capabilities and experience presenting information to diverse groups
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrated impeccable follow through on projects
