Position: BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
NADIA’s client – a leading Training & Development organization is looking to hire a Business Operations Manager to monitor the organization’s functions and build processes that meet business needs. Play a pivotal role in creating the budget, and manage financial policies and procedures, and generate financial reports who have a creative and innovative mindset and ensures to exceed expectations in relation to work performance with excellent & effective communication, interpersonal relationships, job knowledge, decision making skills, and producing results.
Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards. Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures. Performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production KPIs. Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise. Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance. Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability. Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs.
Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans tracking business results. Managing all business operations and setting goals across the entire organization. Demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels. Ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals.
Monitoring and improving daily functions. Building processes based on our business goals. Measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures. Collaborating with relevant parties to create a budget. Overseeing money handling, accounting, and bank processes. Employing strategies to ensure the company’s growth. Implementing plans to address stock losses and theft. Employing means to control company costs. Generating financial reports. Conducting performance reviews judiciously and motivating staff.
Effecting better business practices. Managing marketing initiatives. Maximizing operating potential to exceed customers’ expectations and company goals.
Previous experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role. Good knowledge of operations management.
Experience withforecasting models.
Experience withdatabases and project management software. The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets. Exceptional communication skills.
BSc in Business Management or relevant field.
