Job Description
Duties – Lead all shared and support services teams for NEOM Program: consisting of the following activity areas:

HRBP
Mobilizations
Logistics
TA
GRO
IT
Training
Finance
Communications

Based full-time at NEOM Project offices
Reporting to Program Director
Dotted reporting line to country share services lead

Establish needs of whole program for shared/support services
Implement and maintain best practice in each area
Liaison with client to ensure delivery of their provided
facilities where appropriate
Provide reports on regular bases
Manage team located at program and communicate with country services team
Manage budget for these activities

Skills/Experience

Good general business acumen
Working knowledge of shared services
Well organized
Abe to present at high level
Previous experience of “change management” programs

Years of Experience: 20 years

Qualifications
Education: Degree and MBA preferred
