Business Development Executive Job in Dubai, UAE at Confidential Company
Plan, direct and control all business sales activities across the assigned accounts.
1. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
2. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
3. Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
4. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
5. Initiate sales calls activities along with the Team Leader and Sales Manager when needed
6. Ensure Opportunities are contacted and closed.
7. Where directed, identify sales opportunities, networking and fact-finding and calling on and closing new accounts. 8. Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with commercial and non-commercial accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives.
9. Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations that implement approved Customer Business Plans and employ effective game theory and negotiating strategies.
10. Develop timely and accurate sales pipelines 11. Development of Accounts to ensure revenue growth.
The applicant should be experienced in Telecommunication Sales ( min. 1 years of experience )
Capable of doing B2B sales for productivity and profitability.
Should have knowledge of various Telecom products, especially in UAE.
Sales Pipeline Management
Also prefer from other background like Banking, Real Estate ,Insurance & B2B sales experiences.
