We are looking for a full-time Business Development Specialist with experience working in Sales in a Marketing/Social Media Agency (A MUST).
Job responsibilities: – maintain and develop relationships with new clients in person, via phone calls and emails;- seek out new sales opportunities through managing the leads from digital ads, cold calling, networking, and social media.- set up meetings with potential clients- promote services to potential clients- negotiate and close deals- collaborate with the team to achieve better results- aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Requirements for the candidate: – Experience working in Sales/Business Development in marketing or advertising agency is a MUST- Thorough understanding of marketing products.- Great negotiating techniques- Experience in cold calls- Fast learner and passion for sales- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
