Responsibilities:
-Liaising with clients – obtaining clarifications and further information concerning a bid when required
-Following and searching thework Portals like Etimad, Aramco…Etcfor the related company works and make a brief about work categories for management review.
-Submitting tenders for the portals and key account client cooperating with bid managers
-Working with BD Manager to prepare workplans, formatting final documents and ensuring they are bound and presented in accordance with client stipulations.
-Working with the BD team to ensure information relevant to the business development process is available and shared efficiently & effectively within the company.
-Following the clients about the status of our bids and the required action with the BDM.
-Following along with the commercial the tenders and its required action from the bids manager.
Periodically reviewing the bidding process.
Providing research assistance to consultancy projects on a timely basis.
Supporting the commercial team with maintaining company database of projects, proposal texts, consultants, and partners.
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering.
-Experience in construction and engineering firms.
-At least 3-5 years experience in business development sector.

-Wide communication.
-Excellent IT skills including competence with Microsoft Office products.
-Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
