The Business Development and Digital Solutions division aims to contribute to driving growth and strategic renewal of the organization by transforming the traditional analog business of the organization into digital business and creating new value through the intelligent use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes.
Determining the sources of information and data necessary to prepare digital transformation analysis and tests, selecting the best methods, tools, and methods for collecting, organizing, and analyzing them in the best way, and preparing specialized documents and reports related to digital transformation, displaying and archiving them.
Preparing operational goals and plans at the overall department/office levels, and ensuring technical methods for managing an appropriate program to be utilized during the implementation of the plan.
Digital Transformation Management:
Align with and develop the overall digital strategy to align key goals throughdigital solutions,drive digital innovation, and act as a cross-functional change agent across the organization.
Contribute to the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives by facilitating and developing key performance indicators, and periodically monitoring performance against defined key performance indicators,
Studying and analyzing prepared plans and detailing them into organized operations, organizing activities and information flow path, and confirming their targeting of the desired service or product.
Continuously collecting, recording, and analyzing information and data related to the concerned entity in accordance with specific objectives, preparing recommendations, and studying them with information technology in order to use them in the decision-making process necessary for the digital transformation process.
Analysis of the prepared works in order to determine the best appropriate business strategies in the specific field and to develop appropriate solutions to the planning problems that may be encountered during the performance of the work, while ensuring the availability of all analyzes and logical justifications in support of the results.
Efficiency and Collaboration:
Achieving strong multi-tasking collaboration across organization departments and divisions by ensuring timely planning with key stakeholders on critical decisions, providing timely input whenever required, and ensuring that knowledge and innovation activities are delivered within an agreed schedule.
Ensuring the establishment of a communication channel with all parties (stakeholders) on a regular basis, fulfilling the main services, adopting modern communication channels, and providing the service with high efficiency.
Develop smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely) and annual performance targets and performance appraisals in accordance with the policies, guidelines, and procedures of Dubai Taxi Corporation.
Monitor performance against identified KPIs, identify key risks or gaps if any, and proactively implement corrective measures.
Periodically prepare important reports and share them with key stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
Master Degree in Digital – Preferred
Certified Project Management Professional (PMI PMP – Preferred
8 Years including 5 years of management experience in shift management regulations/ fluidity/strategy.
