We are expanding and growing our team and looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Business Developer, who specialized in Options direction.
Responsible for:
● Developing partnerships with Affiliates, Industry Influencers & Retail Clients
● Maintaining the existing KOLs relationship and performance
● Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
● Expanding Bybit’s client base and building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
● Researching emerging Blockchain trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
● Enhancing and building Bybit’’s reputation and business in overseas corporations
● Understand the domestic and foreign demands to identify profitable business opportunities
● Building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams
● Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to Bybit’s clients/ users
We are looking for candidates:
● With previous experience in Options
● Has a global client base
● Strong background in Business Development or Sales, working with Affiliates is highly preferable
● Have the tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
● With the ability to analyze sales figures and write reports
● Has superb leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
● Bachelor’s degree in BA, marketing, finance, or related field; MBA is advantageous
