Job Description

Job Purpose:

Primarily involved in the Applications Management Services (AMS) function of Clinical portal & Patient Portal software support and advanced analytics platforms. Implement and execute best practices, techniques and procedures essential to an application’s optimal operation, performance and availability to the customers while engaging appropriate internal resources to resolve any application issues and update the management on progress towards the resolution.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

Responsible for operating the Health Information exchange platform, patient portal support, advanced analytics, and other applicable HIE services post go live and supporting go live activities to ensure smooth production deployments.

Process mapping and business process reengineering of systems, Gap analysis and developing standard operating procedure.

Responsible for the monitoring of customer applications, raising and monitoring critical logs and working directly with customer’s internal and external teams to troubleshoot and support incidents regarding customer’s applications and systems.

Ensure adequate support provided on Rhapsody Integration engines and Amadeus platform and other healthcare specific products.

Take responsibility for HL7 interfaces, web services and other tools pertaining to HIE and Patient portal platforms.

Work with Enterprise Master Patient Index software to tune, correct and mitigate incoming demographic issues to ensure the highest level of patient matching in supporting systems.

Ensure all end users and vendor requests and incidents in line with company procedures, consolidate all relevant documents for access for support providers.

Provide timely resolution of all system design and company services issues with thorough preventative maintenance.

Management & configuration of IIS, Web application, Smart phone and tablet platforms

Ensure to provide the support for historical data and real time data for different provider

Deliver and drive new processes within Support organization.

Ensure that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services ensuring that such problems are fully documented within relevant system(s).

Coordinate the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures and analyze patterns and trends

Take responsibility for own workload and keep others informed, highlighting potential problems and suggesting solutions to ensure continuity of service delivery.

Experience of using an IT Service Management system to manage, allocate and monitor support tasks

Apply expert subject matters knowledge to support staff activities to solve most complex business/technical issues within established policies.

Facilitate open and effective communication, cooperation and teamwork within and outside of own team; respects the needs and contributions of others.

Manage reporting, trend analysis, problem and change management

Manage working with and delivering on strict SLA’s
