Pega Business Analyst will act as a liaison betweenthe business users, stakeholders and technologists. This position willparticipate in software development and systems integration projects for a widevariety of clients and stakeholders.
Liaise with all concerned stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Drive daily discussions in workshop and requirement sessions
Own user stories and other requirements
Maintain and Manage the scope of requirements for the Pega application/platform.
Lead the business teams development teams in gathering requirements and implementing requirements leveraging the Pega system software
Ensure documented use cases represent business needs requirements
Responsible for decisioning high performing solutions on the Pega Platform.
Apply design principles of Decision strategies, NextBestAction and Predictive Analytics
Document business rules design and configure rules flows.
Assist with class structure design from the perspective of the business needs
Function as a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs
Communicate w/ internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements like screen and interface designs
Interact with and communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders
Understand the full endtoend impacts of an initiative and have the ability to identify any impacts to other crossfunctional teams/applications work on
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Operations, a closely related or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years of related business analysis.
Minimum of 5 use case development.
Minimum of 5 years experience as a PEGA Business Analyst.
Broad experience in an organization that develops and delivers software to customers.
Experience successfully managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
