Our Client is a leading Properties Development company in Dubai!
Your Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management : Support with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to Finance operations, IT/engineering teams, external SMEs
Portfolio Management: Support in the management of the projects portfolio for the Finance function
Schedule Management: Track and support the end to end schedules of the program/ projects starting from ideation to completion
Cost Management : Support the budget approval and spend of the project throughout its lifecycle, including payment to vendors
Risk Management: Articulate and track risk and issue are managed for the project and ensure that it is raised with the owners to define resolution plan and agree on conclusion.
Procurement Management: Support the scoping, evaluation and selection of the third-party vendors/ consultants.
Governance Management: Support in adequate oversight and control on the programs/ projects putting and provide stakeholder, including weekly and fortnightly reporting
Benefits Realisation: Track and support the business cases to ensure robust business benefits and minimal risk and cost for any potential transformation program
Change Management: Support in the adoption of and adherence the project outputs of the different teams to the transformation Framework across the projects within the program.
Your Qualifications
5+ years of overall experience, with last few years, preferably in the Middle East region
Proven track record of supporting successful multi-disciplinary transformation or continuous
improvement projects (with focus within the Finance organization).
Exposure and interest in large Finance function Technology enabled projects, including but not limited to Oracle FCCS, ARCS, Treasury Management System, etc.
Exposure and interest in Finance Budget to Pay, Account Receivables, Record to Report operational processes, if possible.
Bachelors in Finance/ Accounts or any other related certificates
Project Management Professional (PMP), preferably with experience in consulting projects
