The JobYou will be responsible for :
Determining operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

Constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications

Improving systems by studying current practices, designing modifications

Recommending controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures

Identifying project milestones, phases and elements, forming project team, establishing project budget

Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems and publishing progress reports

Maintaining user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

Preparing technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends

Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Validating resource requirements and developing cost estimate models

Conducting and coordinating financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group

Interpreting, evaluating and interrelating research data and developing integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making

Coordinating the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required and presents findings of studies to client committees

Performing daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports

Reviewing a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory, distribution and facilities

Understanding and communicating the financial and operational impact of any changes

Suggesting changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Creating informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

Conducting insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues

Mentoring, guiding, and training mid-level team members

Participating in Interviews, Team Induction and Orientation.

Involving in Pre-Sales activities including Bid Management, Proposal and Presentations.

Being involved in consulting assignments as assigned by reporting manager.

Interfacing with customers and internal team members to speed up project deliverables.

Determining customer requirements and suggesting solutions. Maintaining customer relationships and representing the organization professionally.

The Profile

You haveat least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or any related disciplines

You havea minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and Agile methodology, along with experience in leading & developing top-performing teams.

You possessexceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

You havethe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

You demonstrate fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

You haveexperience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
