Business Analysis Process

o  Analyzing existing business process issues or problems and provides consulting assistance to business users

o  Defining a solution approach to determine the business process changes to be made as part of implementing the solution to the primary business objectives

o  Developing proposals that outline feasibility and costs, suggests, designs, tests, implements, and evaluates solutions

o  Determining the primary stakeholders to engage in defining the project’s business objectives and scope

o  Identifying the timelines for completing the business analysis deliverables

o  Reviewing and validating each deliverable with appropriate business and IT stakeholders.

Technical Implementation

o  Reviewing the solution design to ensure it fulfil all the requirements and looking for opportunities to meet additional business needs

o  Updating requirements documentation to make it useful for the technology design and implementation process

o  Engaging with quality assurance professionals to ensure they understand the business context for the technical requirements

o  Reviewing test plans and/or test cases to ensure they represent a clear understanding of the functional requirements

o  Managing requirements changes to ensure that everyone is working from up-to-date documentation and that appropriate stakeholders are involved in all decisions about change

o  Leading user acceptance testing efforts completed by the business users to ensure that the software implementation meets the needs of business end users

o  Training endbusiness users to ensure they understand all process changes

Coordination Government Entities

o  Coordinating with relevant government entities for technical integration requirements with entity applications / systems

o  Providing Application L2 support / administration and coordination for following other Government entities provided applications
