Business Administration Coordinator
Our client a leading multinational company is looking for a Business Coordinator.
•Support department head in Business Plan development & execution through organization’s functions.
•Support department head in Business performance monitoring & analysis.
•Support department head in project related activities.
•Monitor daily, monthly, annual sales, cost & expense result achievement and supports HOD in analysis of gap areas.
•Provide recommendations to realize set goals & objectives.
•Participate & support in setting up effective sales and pricing strategies.
•Monitor major makers Retail Prices in sensitive Parts & Oils / Fluids & recommend price revisions meeting competitiveness & profit targets.
•Periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) monitoring & reporting of organization’s sales, profit & other KPI’s target achievement.
•Timely updation of reports
Background & Qualification:
•Minimum – Graduate with 4-6 years experience in business planning, sales or related coordination area.
English Language, Accounting basics, Communications, Computers skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Education and Training basics.
Active Listening, Management of Personnel Resources, Time Management, Judgment and Decision Making, Reading Comprehension, Negotiation, Critical Thinking, , Writing, Service Orientation, Quality Control Analysis, Complex Problem Solving
