Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Assist the EM Business Unit with all ranging and CTC related tasks to support the execution of One Range, One Brand, One Team. Assist with the creation of materials for cluster use, system and process updates, consolidation of market feedback and preparation of EM Milestone meetings. Act as category key contact for Article Master Data maintenance (RMA) and other relevant systems (e.g. DMT), provide operational support and assist with market consolidation and communication as per BU / MOPS / Brand requirement.

Responsibilities:

Support the seasonal BU range building and alignment process within the parameters set by the EM CTC Range Architecture team (Category Input, ONE EM Range selection, Definition of EMMR, internal GTM Meetings, etc.) Support the cross-functional alignment within EM Hub and collaborate closely with CTC, MOPS, BI, SCM, IT as required Facilitate coordination with respective cluster CTC Teams, collect and consolidate input and act as contact point for market enquiries (sample order, market input, allocation, FC, EMMR, etc.)

Assist the BU with tracking and data analytics for ONE EM RANGE KPIs Act as system champ for the BU (RMA, DMT, AFS, sell-in tools, etc.) Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for RMA for EM and Cluster CTC teams as well as Manager MOPS Systems and Tools EM Take charge of all BU ranging activities in RMA and adhere to seasonal RMA timelines as per guidance set by the MOPS Team Take charge of BU AMD (Article Master Data) maintenance, accuracy and enable flow to AFS Support BU data requirements with regards to sell-in tool creation and update Assist the BU with DMT (Digital Merchandising Tool) (board creation, sample order placement, etc.)

Assist the EM BU with sell-in preparations (showrooms, samples, presentations, meeting coordination, etc.) Understand the EM consumer and retail environment including distribution channels, share of buy, competitors and pricing strategies Provide ad-hoc support to the BU as required
