We are in search of a Brand Marketer whose primary responsibility will lie in brand building and management, business & concept development, social media strategy & management, content creation, developing marketing campaigns, maintaining brand positioning, brand communication across all channels with an in-house team and the measurement of results.
Key Responsibilities
The job holder is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
Brand Management
Day to day brand marketing activities that comprise of the marketing/seasonal calendar and day to day marketing operations support
Understand brand positioning, change and advance as per brand proposition
Evaluate presence in all platforms and channels, recommend content that strengthens presence in current and new platforms
Work with the Brand Marketing team develop and overall Communications content calendar for all brands on a monthly basis
Keep up to date with competitor analysis and generation of new business intiatives
Find possible collaborations and partnerships that would add value to the brands
Overall coordination of all brand activities of allocated brands
Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns
Monitor campaigns and tweak accordingly
Social media
Grow brand presence and passion through well-articulated and planned content & campaign strategies, including visual and written content, that is relevant and engaging
Conceptualize content directions to promote the brands and activities through all channels
Grow on and offline mentions and positive sentiment across the brands
Increase the positive sentiment and interest in our business and brands
Curate, deliver and support the generation of visual and written content (be it in digital, photographic or video formats), which includes but is not limited to use in the following channels: Tiktok, IG, LinkedIn, Press and Influencers
Support the planned content calendar in accordance to the marketing plans – on and off line
Content to be of high quality, strategic, engaging and in-accordance to brand guidelines when applicable.
Working with the tools available to push content and stories through the correct channels
Build a database of contact to share content with directly, initiating relationships directly with Publishing houses, influencers and bloggers
Retain the essence of the brand and the brand guidelines when publishing content
Business & Operations
Set and evaluate success measures
Adapt strategies to ensure continuous growth
Recommend new strategies and plans for continuous growth
Monthly report on results
Finding opportunities to enhance our brand presence and market share
Work closely with the marketing team and operations to ensure a 360 degrees of positive word of mouth
Working with the business stakeholders to deliver successful results in collaboration with the operations team
Meet the timeframes and costs required to achieve budgeted sales and brand reach targets
KEY CRITERIA REQUIRED:
Minimum 3+ years of experience with brand management, social media, PR, communications tools and brands (preferably in homegrown brands, not franchise in F&B)
Must be able to think on their feet, create innovative concepts and show a strategic thinking and always keep the guest in mind
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills in English language. Arabic a plus
Have strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
