As aBrand Manageryou will be a brand guardian and lead the developing brand and marketing campaigns that not only capture the zeitgeist of the region, but influences it. You will work closely with the commercial and on-site teams to help develop and execute growth initiatives through brand marketing campaigns, co-marketing activities with leading brands and category growth campaigns. In this role you will:
help build and execute brand and communication strategies for key categories, focused on driving consumer engagement and category sales growth
work closely with leading brands within specific categories to develop mutually beneficial and innovative co-marketing initiatives to drive growth and build our categories to be leading e-commerce shopping destinations
collaborate with the consumer insight teams to ensure categories customer insights are translated into robust strategies and tactics linked to specific metrics
drive an annual calendar of brand activations and co-marketing activity to support the overall growth strategy
be responsible for maintaining the noon brand purpose, image and integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications
keep up to date with market developments, consumer trends and competitor strategies
work independently and use your professional judgment to manage the day-to-day details of projects
What you’ll need:
6+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Undergraduate degree in marketing or related field, MBA is a plus
Experience in e-commerce an added advantage
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of delivering marketing, shopper and/or brand work that delivers business results
A consumer-centric mindset
Ambition, enthusiasm and innovation thinking
Ability to think both creatively and practically
Strong presentation and story-telling capabilities and an ability to connect with local audiences
Strong business acumen, with solid understanding of how to achieve business objectives while meeting brand standard
Proficiency in verbal and written English is a must, Arabic is an added advantage
Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
