Title: Brand Designer

The purpose of this role is to be interested in the full spectrum of design with a growing knowledge of where aesthetic look-and-feel overlaps with behavioural user experience. They are a key member of the creative department to realise the creative output and creative product.
Delivers exceptional and innovative results while ensuring the creative product meets strategic goals and client expectations.
Design, lead and manage large scale projects across our suite of assets — i.e., seasonal campaign execution, new product launches, packaging.
Creator and owner of company brand guidelines.
Manage multiple client briefs and communicate progress accurately to design and account team.
Contributes new ideas and solutions appropriate for client needs.
Be the go-to person for and brand identity related matter.
Organizes, prioritizes and manages multiple projects and teams in a deadline-driven environment.
Ensures a consistent brand presence is maintained.
Keep abreast of design trends across your area of discipline and advise if and are relevant to the Brand and how they can be incorporated.
Provides creative leadership to new business activities when necessary.
Proven organizational skills.

Good time management skills.
Works well as part of an effective team.
Has a keen eye for detail.
Understands a range of print and online processes.
Advanced in core Adobe Creative suite and MS Office software.
Ability to express thinking in words and images.
Proven ability to deliver creative elements of projects on brief.
Ability to effectively brief production artworkers.
Ability to understand and apply client brand guidelines.
Demonstrates understanding of conceptual methodologies.
