Title: BIM Architect

Location: Dubai
Requirements:
1. At least 3-5 years UAE experience in design and working drawings in consultant office (mainly in Dubai) or 5-10 years experience outside UAE.
2. BIM and Revit experience is a MUST.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain the BIM Protocol for the project.
4. Knowledge in BIM coordination and clash detection tools such as Navisworks.
5. Coordinate the BIM modelling and management process.
6. Preferably with knowledge on the regulations and Authorities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
7. Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
8. Experience with an Architectural Firm Consultancy.
9. Should have EXCELLENT ORAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS and be able to organize his/her work using tools, like MS Word, Excel, and office equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of concept design until IFC packages.
2. Software proficiency: Revit and AutoCAD. BIM 360 is a plus
3. Experience in Microsoft Office Tools.
4. Must be willing to learn, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
5. Perfect organization and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
