Must have experience working and managing a bikes business for a minimum of 10 years and handled P&L responsibility.
Key Deliverables:
Establish Adventure HQ as a Biking Destination
Responsible for Building Bike Category Sales across multiple channels.
Curating & building a team of ” Versatile” Store Sales & Bike Workshop professionals capable of Solution Selling and delivering.
Calibrate the bike workshops with appropriate tools/ technology /people / processes to ensure a seamless & Proactive service experience to all bike customers.
Support the Buying team with recommendations on Brands / products towards building a robust mix on the floor.
Create Product bundling & promotions to drive sell through/ manage ageing / building solution sales.
Build and grow AHQ biking Community.
