How You’ll Make an Impact
Assist with managing incomingspare part bids including reviewing specifications and technical requirementsand preparing quotes.
Help track and manage bid andorder status through our CRM system and spreadsheets.
Collaborate with our Sales andEngineering teams to ensure that all proposals and quotes are accurate andcomplete.
Help maintain accurate recordsof all bids and order
Track deliveries of spareparts to ensure timely and accurate shipment.
Support in tendering processof offers for spare parts
What you Bring
Currently pursuing aBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or a recentgraduate of either program
Readiness to assumecomprehensive areas of responsibility, with high degree of own initiative andresponsible decision taking.
Competent to work well withSalesforce, SharePoint and high level of proficiency in MS Office applications
Commercial acumen tounderstand, create and review cost-price calculations
Due to involvement of numerousgroups and departments and the related communication needs, an efficientcoordination, organization and prioritization is required in order to assurethat results are accomplished according to appropriate time, cost and quality.
The international environmentrequires expert skills in spoken and written English language and ability towork in a multi-cultural team
