Back Office Support

  • This is a contract role through ManpowerME – 12 months renewable

Description of the Services: 

  • Must have Letter of Credit background
  • Preparation of documents
  • Filling bank documents

 

  • Arrange and handle receipt of original trade finance documents
  • Prepare of LC drafts
  • Will have an active relationship with banks & financial institutions
  • Define discrepancy if found in each LC
  • Create bank covering schedule form for each LC 
  • Send remittances documents to NBF bank address attentions to trade finance team 
  • Archive all documents in soft/hard copy for audit purposes 
  • Contact other banks in UAE receive LC for the Client and prepare NN documents to this bank 
  • Added tasks according to the assignment needs 
  • Manage the office reception/courier/office admin related tasks
