AVP, Agile Transformation Program Support

Location: UAE-Dubai/Abu Dhabi

 

Role Summary

•          Delivers
Technology transformation roadmap and
drives adoption across domains

•          Supports the Transformation Office in reporting of project deliverables, actions and reporting

Responsibilities

•          Supports the creation of target state operating model on how teams receive demand, prioritize backlog and release

•          Create Agile artifacts and process maps, guidelines, and policies. Work closely with Technology Risk & Governance teams to institutionalize policy changes

•          Create, launch and maintain Agile Runbook / Playbook which should detail the operating model for the domains in Agile ways of working

•          Create and maintain Agile maturity framework for Service Teams and assess all operational (or launched) Service delivery teams based on the framework

•          Roll out Agile KPI’s and OKR’s across Group Technology at all levels. Automate reporting via launch of appropriate tools

•          Create checklist of activities to transition teams to Agile Ways of Working. Own the checklist and drive to completion

•          Support in selection and roll-out of a Scaled Agile Framework for the bank

 

Main Accountabilities

·         Support in defining and driving Agile transformation roll-out across Group Technology

 

 

Skills

·         Experience in Program Management. Prior experience leading or participating in Agile Transformation initiatives is strongly preferred.

·         Experience in building roadmaps (with detailed initiatives) that mirror a bank’s Agile service management strategy and priorities

·         Ability to develop working relationships across all entities of a bank, with multiple stakeholders

Profile

•          AVP Level – reports VP Agile Transformation

•          Experience with leading large change & transformation programs; ability to manage CXO level stakeholders

•          Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, PSM) is a must. Additional Agile certifications is a plus.
