Consolidate relevant management information, conducting comparative analyses, Audits and Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings. Conduct work as per directives of management.

Compile relevant information and generate reports on a periodic basis in the pre-designed format, relating to but not limited to- Retail Dashboard, Mark Down Report, Audited Sales Report, Item Delete, Active User Id’s, Odd hours report, Duplicate CN, Incident Report & Issue Log etc.
Monitor/Analysis & Publish various reports on a periodic basis like; Manual Discount, Manager Override, Price Override, Returns, Refunds, Delivery Charges.
Generate ad hoc / temporary business reports post analysis as required from time to time for management decision making by various stakeholders.
Develop new report formats and tools as per the requirement of the business.
Conduct Retail Audits – BOE Audit, SRN Audit, Damage Verification (Back Store Audit)
Scheduling the cycle count/PI/Negative Count as per define frequency and do the reason analysis of stock variances as well as accuracy.
Weekly Household Damages – Report Publishing & Review.
Conduct weekly damage verification, POS Exceptions & Spot Audit at store.
Conduct Process/Function Audit – Review controllable expenses and propose cost optimization opportunities.
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings and prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and development.
Coordination with other departments and perform POS Promotions & UAT within timeline.

Margin improvement by monitoring Manual Stock Adjustments, WH Damage Write off, stock Provisions, Trouble inventory, write offs etc.


Graduate/Post Graduation

Diploma in Computer

5+ years of experience in Audit, LP, MIS Reporting.

Knowledge of presenting the data to Management.

Knowledge of Auditing and reporting.

MS Office skills (advanced)

Analytical ability.

Communication skills – Verbal & Non-verbal.

Problem solving.

Respect to confidentiality of data.

Good attention to details.
