If so, we may have the perfect job for you.ALMAGULF is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Audio-Visual Pre-Sales Engineer in Khobar Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will collaborate with the Account Managers to provide the technical expertise required during the sales process and will be responsible for developing the solution, bill of materials, the scope of work, and supporting documentation.Accountabilities Include: Attend in-person or virtual discovery meetings to identify Customers’ technology and business requirementsAttend site surveys to obtain design space detailsExplain technical solutions in simplified terms to customers of varying technical abilityCreate one-line conceptual system diagrams using AutoCAD or VisioProvide detailed Scope of Work for the proposed solutionReview Requests for Proposal (RFP) and generate Requests for Information (RFI) to address design deficiencies in RFPCreate installation drawing package to include floorplan layout, rack elevations, mounting elevations, and wiring diagrams for smaller design-build Audio-Visual projectsRequirements for Success: Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the design of Audio-Visual systemsExperience working in AutoCAD, Visio, D-Tools, or similar Audio-Visual Design softwareDemonstrated technical aptitude working with Crestron, Extron, Biamp, and other similar productsStrong demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge of Data Networking as it relates to Audio-Visual systemsHigh level of attention to detailOccasional regional travel will be requiredWhy Choose Us: As leaders in our field, we evaluate our customer’s needs and build an integrated system that meets their organization’s goals.
