The main responsibilities of this Role are:
Adhere to Tameed QM System.
Process client’s applications internally and externally.
Analyzing Engineering Projects
Prepare and submit reports on collection activity periodically
Archiving and Maintaining project files of client’s
Dealing with field visits to follow up on work progress
Collecting amounts from clients
Collecting amounts from funding applicants and updating the status of applications
Close any regulatory gaps within the department.
Close any action Items on QM system.
Requirements
Bachelor in Business and Administration, Civil engineering or Architectural Engineering
Engineer Membership from Saudi Council of Engineer ( If applicable )
Proficient in Word and Excel
PMP certificate
0 – 2 year (Fresh graduate)
Writing reports
Negotiation and persuasion
Communication skills
Must be fluent in Arabic.
Must be fluent English
Must be Saudi National
