So, 2022 has been interesting eh? Leadership miss steps, mini budgets, Autumn statements, strikes and most recently the cold snap…. Has any of this given you any thought to look at a different climate? Be that just for warmth or a general change of scenery?!
mustard have been approached by an International design agency that is looking to add some serious Design capability to its growing team in the UAE. The team are in need of 2 people to join at a Senior level, in fact we are looking for people at Associate level or even above.
The Dubai studio are growing the Architectural team and whilst they have lots of local skills they need some concept designers to really push forward the capability given how many expressions of interest they have for new projects.
Currently there are large Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential (high rise), Government and Education schemes on the wall with more to come…. We are talking about projects in the 10’s and 100’s of millions and full schemes in the billions of $’s.
This position is based in the UAE and so you must be happy to relocate. There will be flights for you and family and dependant on the offer there may be some other relocation help. Salary is obviously dependent upon experience but could be anywhere between £65,000 – £90,000 in local currency so say up to 35,000 AED/mth tax free.
We are ideally looking to speak to people from the kinds of International Architectural firms that currently design and deliver these large scale design focussed schemes.

Currently at Associate level in a design prominent firm
A designer in your heart
Happy to relocate to Dubai with no reason to think a work visa wouldn’t be granted
