Job Description
The Assistant Sales Manager Plans, organizes and ensures efficient presentation for Destinations of Yas Island and Sadiyaat Island including Theme Parks & attractions, Qasr Al Watan and Louver AUH hosted familiarization trips and tours, as well as liaises with the guest services, operations, F&B teams at the Theme parks and stakeholders to ensure all the necessary information is provided to execute seamless Fam Trips and other related activities.
In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to:
Facilitate indoor and outdoor familiarization trips, site inspection activities as well as products show case.
Have full knowledge of UAE, and mainly Abu Dhabi city attractions, Yas Island and Saadiyat Island.
Formulate reports as requested for all Fam trips and tours activity.
Implement tasks set by the Head of Sales
Formulate and Implement set action plan for mega Fam Trip, key events, VIPs and groups.
Conduct client entertainments as and when needed.
Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
Prepare all requirements for guests visits, including communication with concerned departments, stakeholder’s, Theme Parks & attractions tickets, access, F&B, merchandise and other needs for the visits.
Welcome VIPs, key partners at the airport and offer WOW experience during their trip and site inspection.
Present and explain the product to the partners & clients as per company standards.
Prepare all marketing materials, giveaways, marketing kits required for the Fam Trips, and group visits.
Track sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses and therefore forwarding for reimbursement.
Conduct product presentations, products training, and public speech to present the destination in domestic and source markets.
Support in activations for travel and trade sales team and attend at the attractions to promote the destinations, Theme parks, and other venues & facilities under company portfolio.
Coordinate with all parties involved in logistics, transportation, hotel booking, outlets, travels, flights and sightseeing.
Attend major exhibitions and events to promote the destinations and requested.
Participate in local & international road shows organize by the company.
Assist sales team in handling groups arrival to the destinations, Theme Parks, attractions.
Support in sales blitz campaign and covered the assigned areas to promote the products.
Support new projects by conducting all assigned tasks and activities to show case, present and product training required for our clients, and partners.
Work closely with all stakeholder’s, communicate key activities and major groups and events.
Engage with partners, clients by hosting entrainment activity taking place inside and outside the Islands.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience And Skills Requirements

Higher Secondary or bachelor’s degree in any field

1-2 years of work experience
Desirable:
2-3 years of work experience in/or within the hospitality/leisure industry
Skills:

Experience in Customer Service, Account Management and negotiation
The ability and desire to sell.
Excellent communication skills

Good level of numeracy
