Job Description

 Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to advance CUCA brand identity; Work with the Website Content writer to maximize the impact of electronic communications to attract utmost traffic. Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media; Collating and analyzing media coverage; Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports; Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours; Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives; Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation. To develop and maintain a database of media contacts. Create marketing/ public relations strategy that will allow CUCA to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences, including the media and key influencers. Manage all company social media accounts management To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media and social media platforms. Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for frequent posting, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages Analyze social media campaigns to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with current and upcoming events and updates to ensure all CUCA social media are constantly active. Maintain up-to-date records and attend meetings as required Perform other related duties as needed.
