Responsibilities:
To support the development and implementation of IT process controls to ensure the relevant governance policies are adhered to, and that required processes are compliant with.
To manage the activities to re-engineer and document IT processes and ensure improved quality through clearly documented processes and procedures.
To collaborate closely with Information Security and Risk Management teams for the implementation and compliance of related enterprise level policies and procedures.
To support IT Audit exercises as the point of contact for Technology team and address identified audit and risk related observations by tracking the remediation plans with the internal IT teams.
To track IT wide projects status and deliverables and prepare required reports and dashboards in Power BI for Senior management review and meetings.
To participate and review the necessary activities to support the business in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) practices along with maintenance and update of the IT Service continuity and DR plans.
To oversee the maintenance of Configuration management database (CMDB) for all technology assets and associated service catalogue.
Monitor and report department performance & KPIs, identify deviation from the defined plan & set SLAs, analyse reasons behind deviations, assess gaps and impacts and cater for rectification measures and improvement plans
To manage and schedule IT risk-based assessment activities to help enhance internal controls.
To manage the development of controls to monitor, review and manage the identification of customer needs and help ensures that the services provided are meet the needs of the business.
Experience & Qualifications
5 years professional experience in IT governance.
Bachelor’s Degree in computers or information systems or related adequate experience
Required – ITIL Certification
Desired – ISO27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer Certification PCIDSS, NESA
