NADIA’s client, a multinational conglomerate into automotive manufacturing is looking for an Assistant Manager for their Dealer Development department. This role will be based in their regional office in Dubai and the individual will be handling MEA market.
Candidate Should have 5 years of experience from an automotive industry specifically in Dealer development, Brand compliance management, auditing dealer standard, organizing mystery shopping, developing digital channel, and conducting sales trainings.
Incumbent will be responsible for retail network development over MEA market.
Candidate will develop and enhance distributor’s retail channel (Online and Offline), dealership, standard check, evaluation, customer satisfaction, dealership profit analysis, and showroom digitalization.
Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
