Job Description

Enter all the division’s payment order transfers in SAP System.Enter all the division’s payment order transfers in HSBCNet.Enter all the SADAD payments in HSBCNet system. Ex. Labor Importation, Ministry of Labor, STC, SEC,ZAKAT etc.Enter all Payment in SAP System and Maintain its record on database.Enter all project financing from division in HSBCNet system.Enter all financing of division accounts in HSBCNet system.Time punching on all the payments received from divisions.Maintaining record of received payments and returned payments with issues.Coordinating with the division regarding the issues and status of their payments. Return payment bunches with all necessary documents to all divisions after approval.Vouchers Filling. Collect copies of Bank statement from trading, then attached to the payment vouchers accordingly. Segregate and arrange CT vouchers and filed it.Filing of Workflow, Petty Cash and Sadad transfers.Preparation of Cash Management Transfer Form and entering in SAP system.Enter all ACH and WPS transaction on SAP system.Printing of advices, Filing of Payment Orders and Transfer Applications Payments.Gathering, Preparing, and Consolidating of data for KPI and Cost recovery report
