Assistant Academic Director
1. Master’s degree qualification from a recognized University with (UAE testation), any of the following majors (Health & Safety, IT, Finance & Banking, Medical)
2. At least 5-7 years of work experience in Program Management in the education sector and at least 3-4 years of leadership experience in people management.
3. TOT Certificate and any other professional certificate (OSHA, NEBOSH, Or CPA, CMA, CFA…).
4. Experience in working in the higher education sector will be advantageous.
5. Training experience as (trainer, training manager or training coordinator) is MUST.
6. Demonstrate the ability to teach job-related knowledge to others in a training setting. 7. Familiar with Training and Education regulators in UAE.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
