To lead a team of mortgage professionals and deliver the team sales targets. The jobholder is responsible for building relationships with high net worth mortgage customers, both retail and commercial, and provide wealth solutions through property investment & diversification; advice on banc assurance protection and savings plans & debt consolidation. Key result areas achieve monthly sales targets of the team.
Ensure staff achieves all kpi and kpa standards that include face-to-face visits & relationship management, besides monthly financial targets. Coach staff by joint visits, train on product and credit policy, upskill staff on sales objections and presentations. Control daily activity i.e. Calls, appointments, meetings, closures, references, cross sells of all the team members to achieve targeted sales numbers for the team.
Present and acquire high net worth mortgage customers for the bank & provide services to potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner. Lead mortgage business development initiatives within targeted segments, real estate partners and approved mortgage brokers and in residential and commercial developments. Ensure complete understanding of the bank’s most current credit policy for mortgages is disseminated within the teams and suggest enhancements.
Ensure end-to-end customer tat is met for all applications submitted by team with quality adherence as per target guidelines. Progress all incoming crm leads and referrals within agreed tat. Ensure strict compliance with the bank’s policy with regards to product, customer kyc, fatca, aml ctf and third party channel interactions. Ensure the highest ethics, standards and integrity are followed and immediately escalate any suspected or actual breaches to senior management, governance, as may be required.
Periodic analysis of the market with respect to competition and projects knowledge, skills and experience sales profile that require confidence, persistence, personality and verbal written basic knowledge of products, service policies and processes of retail banking. 6 years of banking experience with minimum 4 years in mortgage sales and wealth management. Relationship management skills with strong customer orientation.
