Responsibilities
Overall management of the Middle East Region.
Strong hospitality and F&B industries knowledge and network.
Ensure business development and revenue growth.
Management of the company product and service portfolio, budgeting, and forecasting.
Meet all Cluster sales & financial objectives.
Responsible for forecasting, preparation of an annual budget, schedule of expenditure, and data analysis to measure KPI actuals against business objectives.
Regular reporting of regional KPIs to Regional and Corporate HQ.
Maintenance and expansion of customer base through coaching sales representatives, building strong and successful relationships with core stakeholders and identifying new customer opportunities.
Develop and maintain a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory obligations.
Participation in sales and marketing activities.
Effective management of company expenses.
Represent the company’s top management.
Carry P&L responsibility.
Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
Candidate who held leadership role and experience with entity start up will be an advantage
Experienced user of Hotel Systems and F&B Systems
Ability to travel internationally
Business results oriented
Be pro-active and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Show a professional work ethic together with a sense of responsibility
Display excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills
Show drive and passion for improving sales and operating processes
Maintain a hunger to learn and succeed • Be able to open doors and close deals
