Core Job Functions and Information:
The candidate will hold a key role within the design team reporting directly to the Architectural Design Lead of the business, liaising with Suppliers, Consultants, Clients, Developers, Contractors and Manufacturing whilst aligning to the design deliverables of the business in line with agreed programs and project management requirements.
High-level feasibility studies
Coordinating information readily suited for manufacturing.
Detailed Revit Modelling
Application and recording of lessons learnt
Monitoring of consultant deliverables
Product development and improvement
Building and cataloguing standard details
Co-ordination of architectural, structural, MEP and logistics designs
An architectural Background
2- 4 Years Post graduate experience
Knowledge of codes and standards from the United Kingdom and other international jurisdictions
