Job Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution with a license from Dubai Municipality
At least 3+ years of practical experience in the same role
Should be able to read, prepare and interpret architectural drawings
Must be highly motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Should be a team player with excellent personnel management abilities
Strong knowledge in using architectural software
Ability to prepare architectural documents
Must be a good project manager
Should be ready to work in a contracting company within Dubai
