We are looking for a designer / developer in the Customer Experience (CX) Service.

 

In this role you will be an Individual Contributor having opportunity to work with a product based organization which offers exposure to latest technologies.

 

You will be based in Chakan, Pune

What You Will Do

 

As Analyst II, you will work as a designer / developer in the Customer Experience (CX) Service.

 

In this role, you will be working with providing solutions in the service as well as working with enhancements requests & projects. You will support the Customer Experience solution by translating business requirements into solutions. You will be building and maintaining UI5 applications as well as BRF+ and ABAP.

 

The work involves cooperation and communication with colleagues and business partners around the world, and good communication skills is of high importance.

Who You Are

 

We believe you have:

 

• A Bachelors Degree with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience
• A proficient developer with expertise in the following technical areas:
  • SAP ABAP
  • SAP UI5
  • OData (Open Data Protocol)
  • SAP BRF+ / SAP BRFplus
• It would be an added advantage if you have additional skills in any of the following areas:
  • How the applications mentioned interact and are integrated with each other
  • Experience from developing solutions in projects 
  • Service and Support Experience
  • ITIL
  • SAP CX Developer
  • JIRA
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent Communication in English (Verbal and Written)
  • Team Player 
  • Problem Solving and Decisiveness: Drive own task and proactive in work
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills
  • Task/result-oriented
