We are making significant investments for the long term – building our Fulfillment and Transportation infrastructure as well as the leadership team. The Channel Relationship Manager (CRM) role owns overall supplier engagement across a breadth of last mile capacity programs Amazon Logistics operates, ranging from Delivery Service Providers to Amazon Flex. The CRM ensures capacity supply for operations remains on target to meet customers needs, whilst maintaining delivery quality Amazon insists on for our customers.

We seek a highly skilled and motivated leader to drive innovative solutions to support operations in this rapidly growing area of Amazon. An ideal candidate should have an extensive background in operations management, programs and cross-functional leadership (matrix organisation) for large scale strategic initiatives.

S/he should have the ability to influence without authority, using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, for Business, Operations and Technology stakeholders. They have the ability to work independently in a high pressure environment, with all levels of leadership and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist. The successful candidate will be proficient at solving complex logistics challenges and possess a bias to get things done and deliver results.

Ability tosuccessfully deliver end-to-end complex technology and operations projects under tight timelines, working through the multiple constraints along the wayBASIC QUALIFICATIONS 1. 8+ years of experience leading operations in world class, complex (matrix) organizations spread across geographies.
2. Bachelors Degree from a reputed institution in STEM based area of focus3.

Experience ofleading performance management initiatives with external suppliers4. SQL-based data extraction experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Masters Degree in relevant area from a world class institution2. Fleet management experience3. Proficient in Arabic (reading/writing)
