Qualification: – Accounting / Finance background
Identify changes required in existing policies, procedures, DOA and support in execution
Keep track of regulatory changes affecting our policies
Should have experience in IFRS
Should have experience in payroll processing SOP.
Preparing responses to Audit committee through co-ordination with respective departments
Manage process standardization and centralization activity considering industry best practices
Experience in finance domain with an understanding of financial statements, policies, processes and SOPs.
Manage project implementation from initial analysis to detailed planning, execution, monitoring & reporting including communication and co-ordination with stakeholders
Experience working in Retail / FMCG / Hospitality
Similar experience of 4-5 years
Accounting / Business Finance background
Knowledge of accounting and/or operational policies & processes
Ability to analyze financial statements
Minute attention to details
Have a creative thinking and out-of-the-box approach
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability
Must have good PowerPoint presentation & excel skills
