1. Job Purpose
Execute internal and external communication with the marketing team, customers, and stakeholders, create sustainable relationships with various companies, and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Initiate and suggest creative ideas for advertising activities that are consistent and aligned with Sharjah Co-op branding guidelines.
Maintain Sharjah Co-op’s brand and reputation by developing and implementing effective advertising campaigns plans.
Coordinate all advertising related activities.
2. Key Accountabilities
Assist the department in planning marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns, product catalogues, flyers, magazines, email campaigns, etc.
Coordinate with internal and external resources to analyze requirements and prioritize to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects.
Work with third party agencies and ensure the delivered product is according to the brief and in the expected quality as well as delivered within the deadline.
Coordinate with operations, e-commerce, and market intelligence team to analyze customer behaviors on previous advertising campaigns and promotional activities to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with graphic designers, PR, digital media team and other departments to execute the advertising campaigns and direct the promotional and advertising campaigns to generate interest in a product or service.
Conducts market research to determine ad campaign strategies.
Initiate and prepare sample advertising program for review and approval by advertising head.
Manage and execute branches visits with the photographer to ensure photo shooting as per schedule.
Develop methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
Conduct continuous research on the latest modern and traditional methods, techniques, and tools to collect data on consumers, competitors, and the market to implement best business practices.
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining files related to ads and marketing and ensure they are available for future reference.
Maintain positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Prepare periodical reports which provide well-informed information on advertising activities, tasks, problems/potential problems, results of efforts, recommendations for correction and translating complex findings into written text.
Assist the team members in any other tasks that may arise as required.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.
