Job SummaryWe are searching for a dedicated and well-organized individual to join our team as a Long-Term Remote Administrative Assistant Specialist.

As a Remote Administrative Assistant Specialist, you will be in charge of remotely assisting our clients with administrative activities.

This entry-level position provides opportunities for growth and progression within the organisation.

Salary:$34 an hour

Responsibilities

Manage client files and maintain accurate records

Perform data entry and create reports

Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of clients

Conduct research and compile data as needed

Assist with project coordination and management

Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred, but not required

This is a long-term, full-time position with the possibility of remote work.
