QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
To manage the 30 Ã¢â‚¬â€œ 40 events in Abu Dhabi and Dubai per annum.
Support the members with annual membership renewals, basic accounts bookkeeping, accounts payables, maintain basic monthly/ annual accounts statements, transmit periodical /official communications and liaison with board members as required.
Proactive and strong communicator with good proficiency in English.
5+ years of experience in Admin and coordination related field
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and management tools
BS/BA in a related field
