The incumbent will play a key role in understanding the needs of the PA to the CEO and matching the relevant support. The key duties of the role will include extensive research, analysing and collating said research, and creating an ever-evolving database. Providing support with any other projects may be required from time to time. This position will also provide support to the daily operations within the corporate affairs division including dealing with suppliers, data gathering and reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.
Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAdmin Assistant will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Support the PA to the CEO with research projects
Conducting extensive research
Gathering and comparing resources
Ensure data is factual
Analyze data using various statistical methods
Summarizing findings on project
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a e-filing system
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers – where possible
Maintain detailed contact lists for various research projects
Provide general support to both PA and Corporate Admin Director
Various ad hoc requests
